How To Repair The Brakes On A Clark Michigan 75 Gm Loader

  1. simply in instance anyone else has the same problem-
the brake petal valve on my 75b loader project was leaking so bad that the machine couldn't build upwardly force per unit area-- so i got the bottom parts out and went to the local parts identify to get new seals---heres what they said---y'all take a e-ii valve---no parts
notwithstanding if i purchase a new e-3 valve you can have the parts out of information technology and install in the e-2 torso---68 bucks for the new valve---
i ordered it and it came in the next 24-hour interval--i had some time and so i decided maybe i would just install the whole new valve instead of just switching the internals-- information technology takes awhile to go the old valve out, the pins and bolts that hold the pedals in place were of class rusted up good and your all scrunched upwardly under the steering bike--if i ever practise it again i'll make certain i loosen the fitting on the steel tubing fitting before i take out all the bolts.. but out came the former valve --except for some grease and grime on the outside, the inside of the e-2 valve looked almost new--and then instead of fighting all the fittings and trying to get them all lined back up correct- leak free- i indeed swapped out the one-time internals for the new ones---kinda tuff getting the valve back in --one play a joke on i used to get the virtually forward nut back on bolt for the treddle flange was to have a 1/ii inch open wrench and a filter off a cigarette--use the filter every bit a way to concur the nut in the wrench, got the commodities and nut to line upwardly and when tight just pulled the wrench free- it also took a while to go the roller thats in the brake pedal so it would plough.. merely its now all back togeather-- 2maro will tell if i get a ful tank of air so i can try to bleed the brakes--or at least three of them---when i bought the machine i found that someone had removed the left rear caliper and rotor--- merely for at present 3 brakes are much amend than none at a all

    Guys,

where on the Michigan will I discover the blazon plate, serial number or something to identify it?

    thanks

  4. I find its apsometimes risky to go that route a lot of times its quicker in the long run to just install the new ane because if it leaks again guess what you'll be doing when you lot could have spentbanother fifteen min and only used the new one. Hope it worked for ya
